2. Products & Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details of our products. However, slight variations in color, texture, or weaving may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our items. Such variations are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. Florika does not store your card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
- Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, we accept returns/exchanges only for items with genuine defects or damage in transit.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the defect and video while opening the parcel (Mandatory).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, text, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Florika. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Florika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
