At Florika, we aim to deliver your favorite handloom sarees and artisanal products with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and charges.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume or stock unavailability, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We offer reliable and secure delivery through trusted courier partners. Estimated timelines:
- Within India: 4–7 business days (depending on location).
- International Shipping: 10–15 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Within India: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
- International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Florika will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.
6. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and videos of the package and product while opening the parcel (Mandatory)
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
