1. Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation of Custom or Pre-Order Items
Customised, made-to-order, or pre-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Please review all details before confirming your order.
3. Cancellation by Florika
We reserve the right to cancel an order under rare circumstances such as:
Product out of stock or discontinued
Payment issues or verification failure
Technical errors in pricing or product information
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
4. Refund Timeline for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
